If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a full return service. We will do our best to meet your needs, and at the same time,
The things you need to do :
Keep items and attachments attached, including the outer packaging, label, receipt, after the service card and other accessories. The article must be new and unused. Please contact our customer service representatives soon, and start processes back as fast as you can.
We are sorry to inform you that we can not offer you return service if the situations occur as follows:
1. Deformation or damage of goods that have caused by the customer himself that affect the resale of goods such as remove it from the label, sleeve or collar stretched out of shape.
2. have been washed.
3. have been contaminated by cosmetics, perfumery, and scents.etc.
4. personal and subjective reasons, not quality issues.
If you wish to cancel your order from our shop,please email us ASAP.
1,You can cancel the order before the item being dispatched via email to get your full refund within 30 days.
2,If parcel had been on the way before your request canceling ,you can ask for returning parcel back to us to get your full refund after you receiving.
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our staff will assist you. Would you like to exchange items to a different style, you would get back your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer to place.
You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must not behave in their original condition, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own safety, because we are not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
